Registration method:
Online registration: Log in to the congress website http://www.wimco.com.cn/weben/ to register directly online and make online payment.
Registration confirmation:
Within 7 working days after receiving the registration application and registration fee, the secretariat will send a "Registration Confirmation Letter" by email to confirm the registration status. If you do not receive the "Registration Confirmation Letter", please contact the Congress Secretariat in time or report to the Congress Registration Center with the remittance voucher.
WIMCO 2024 provides the invoice.
Registration cancellation and refund regulations:
1. Cancellation of the registration and application for refund must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat as other methods will not be accepted. The Congress Affairs Group will uniformly handle the refund within 20 working days after the congress.
2. If the registration is cancelled before September 1st, 2024, the Congress Affairs Group will make the refund after deducting a handling fee of 50RMB.
3. If the registration is cancelled between September 2nd and October 28th, 2024, the Congress Affairs Group will refund after deducting 50% of the registration fee.
4. If the registration is cancelled after October 28th, 2024, no refund will be given.
